I want to register to an NVC training.

How to do:
- Give your name, phone number and email address along with the training or service you're interested in: contact@motamots.com (mailto:contact@motamots.com)or +64(0)220495833.

- Bank transfer a NZ$100 deposit to book you seat: Westpac, Cecile Baude 03 0175 0658701 01. 
- You will receive by email all the informations you need. We will be grateful that you give the rest of the money at least the day before the beginning of the training, preferrably by bank transfer.

Question 2

I have registered to a training and I can't attend anymore.

Accepted Answer

You would like to cancel you participation to a NVC training:

- a cancellation requested up to 7 days before the start of the training entitles you to receive the full contribution back, minus the initial deposit.

- a cancellation requested less than 7 days only entitles you to get your money back if someone else signs up and take you seat. In that case, you will be reimbursed before the end of the training, minus the initial deposit.

Please, take into consideration that our trainings are designed for a specific group size and that your cancellation impacts the training's balance and the trainers' energy.
And at the same time, we are well aware the life circumstances may change unexpectedly...Thank you.😃

Question 3

What happens if there are not enough registrations to a training?

Accepted Answer

It may happen that there is not enough participants to start a training.
In that case, the training may be cancelled or postponed; you will be notified at least 7 days before the start and fully reimbursed of the money you've given (including deposit) from the day Motamots receives your bank details.

Of course, we imagine the disappointment and the inconvenience that such a cancellation may cause and we apologise for that.
Please, be aware that a training implies a lot of preparatory work, energy and resources, and that's why the trainers want to do this for big enough groups that allow an efficient dynamics. Thanks for your understanding.

Question 4

What about confidentiality when I register to and attend a training?

Every information you share for your registration, during and after the training, is confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
In a similar way, you commit to keep confidential anything you hear from other participants.
This is to guarantee a high level of trust and safety that is necessary to this work. Thank you.

I would really like to sign up to a training but the money gets in the way.

You would love to get trained to NonViolent Communication or receive a healing treatment, and the requested contribution does not match your current financial possibilities?

Question 6

What about my responsibility as a participant to a training?

Accepted Answer

By signing up to a Motamot's NVC training, you commit to:

- let the trainers know about any particular health aspect that may impact the training (yourself, the trainers, the other participants, the pace...);
- take care of yourself during the whole training (and take the other participants' well-being into account as well), for example by standing up discreetly in you need to move, sharing respectfully about something you feel uncomfortable or unsafe with...);
- repair or compensate for the material damages you may cause on the site of the training or around it; 
- agree that Motamots and the trainers cannot be held as responsible for any potential physical or psychological damages that may happen to you during the training.

Activities and exercices suggested during the trainings are entirely based on the free will of the participants who are free to get involved in them or not.

Why the  requested financial contribution is not a fixed price?

We would like your financial contribution to be a true gift that allows us to continue sharing our work through workshops and individual sessions.
The requested range matches what we need to be sustainable, while allowing you to choose the amount suitable to your current resources.

Thank you for being as generous as possible, which will potentially allow people with less resources to access this work as well.
